Started with a diet 2 days ago.
Seems pretty easy till now, but who knows what will come...
I can eat nearly everything I want but have to look for the calories and fat. Not over 1200 cal. and 40g fat the day.
I found the diet on my health insurence homepage. They have a health coach page with recipes that are personalized for me and I just have to type in what I ate the whole day. Then the homepage calculates the calories together and so I know how much I still can eat.
I drink a lot of water and so I don't have a hungry feeling at all.
